FuelCAN
Modern diesel engines use the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and CANbus communication networks to integrate control and instrumentation for engine, drivetrain and ancillary equipment.
But, while every engine has a fuel tank, most ECUs don't provide for simple measurement of fuel tank level.
The solution is simple: FuelCAN translates fuel level sender signals into SAE J1939 CANbus data, ready for use by the control, telemetry or instrument systems (e.g. PowerView displays).
FuelCAN uses a compact case with flying lead connections, designed for easy surface- or in-harness mounting. Full epoxy encapsulation ensures maximum shock resistance and environmental protection.
