GSMControl-A
Communication and Control Module
The GSMControl-A module is GSM mobile phone-based system that allow two-way text communication between an operator and remote or critical equipment. The module is housed in a compact, DIN-rail case, designed for mounting with existing (non-metal) enclosures.
The system provides:-
- notification by mobile phone text message of equipment faults or status changes (triggered by 2 panel inputs)
- control of remote equipment using mobile phone text commands (and 2 panel outputs)
Typical applications include:-
- Irrigation pump control and fault warning
- Fluid level monitoring and notification
- Warning of building entry or vehicle theft
- Warning of electric circuit trip
Although no longer stocked by Murphy UK, the GsmControl series continues to be produced by Contrive S.r.l., Italy.
