The original PowerView™ PV100 module was superseded in March 2007 by the PV101.

The PV101 offers the following improvements over the original PV100:

Improved keypad response using the latest technology
Improved and brighter LCD backlighting and indication LEDs for greater visibility
Improved case design offering increased strength and robustness
Italian joins English, Spanish, French, and German as an additional language option
Murphy Fuel Sender input - with a touch of a button, set the PV101's analog input to accept either a backlighting dimmer or a Murphy Fuel Sender
Wider operating voltage range of 6.5 to 32 VDC
Full backward compatibility with PowerView™ model PV100
