WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Murphy products and systems are supplied with a limited warranty on materials and workmanship. Products manufactured by Murphy typically have a 2 year limited warranty; for bought-in loose items not directly manufactured by Murphy, the original manufacturer's warranty period generally applies. If you do experience problems with Murphy equipment, please contact our engineers or your local stockist for advice before returning goods. Many problems can be traced to set-up or application issues, which can often by corrected without returning the product.

Where equipment does need to be returned to Murphy, our engineers can log the fault details on our Returns Goods Reference (RGR) system. Allocation of a customer RGR reference allows us to track the progress of returned items, and does mean that only this reference need be supplied with returned items (instead of full written fault details).
